      There are not any pros

      Cons

      No one knows what they are doing Higher ups are clueless and genuinely awful people You would get paid more working at a Starbucks (part time) You will be asked to work far more than you should because higher ups do not want to commit any sort of cash towards hiring enough people to do the job correctly If you can think of a negative, it exists at this company

      Pros

      PAID creative internship! In 6 months I was able to work closely with client projects and product design. I was given creative freedom and enjoyed learning from and working with my co-workers.

      Cons

      No full time offers were available at the end of my internship. Not much of a mentorship program, but you learn by doing as it is a very hands-on internship.
