IT Management is okay and you have the liberty to work 100% remotely if you are based outside Belleville, Ontario. They have yearly bonuses and salary increase base from performance.
Cons
The pay is not competitive compared to other software developers working on the same role with other companies. Developers are doing frontend (WebForms, WinForms, Angular), backend services (WebAPI), SQL Database (SQL, Triggers, SP). Not salaried employee.
