-Interviewed with some nice people. -Seems like there is potential with the product.

-Received a job offer, signed an employment contract, and had a start date -Left my former employer and 1.5 weeks prior to my start date at Maxwell, I get notified they have rescinded my offer due to no fault of my own. -I was part of a layoff they had in May, 2025 -This is not the first layoff they've had to in the last couple of years (at least 3 ) -Seems like they are making the same mistakes and not learning from them. They hire people and then layoff with no clear plan for growth or plans for stabilizing the business especially with the volatile and fluctuating nature of the mortgage industry.
