Pros
Met some very nice people here & made some friends. I'm worried about some of the ones still there, but most people left this company after realizing the management is unprofessional and doesn't know how to run a business. They have a flexible telecommute policy, though it could've been much better.
Cons
This company was, when I worked there, a textbook example of the argument that gets made about businesses being run by engineers instead of people with business sense. The executive management is extremely rude - including making sexist and ageist comments that could get them sued easily. I consulted with a lawyer about that - if I had had physical evidence, I could've sued and won. They don't manage the cash flow at all well, running themselves into problems that are easily avoided by anybody with a real business degree. They push the boundaries of legal hiring practices - again someone with a little bit of knowledge could easily sue after an interview here in my experience. There was no job growth, no employee appreciation, no 401k, and it definitely seemed like the upper management was more interested in going to expensive client dinners with racy adult shows than managing their business. Women would not be cursed at by senior staff, but the men would. However, women were also not given leadership opportunities. Salaries were extremely low for the market and the work they required. They tend to favor a certain type of nationality/heritage over others.
