There is absolutely nothing positive about this company. NOTHING!!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (Zero Stars) In over 20 years of design and drafting experience, this was by far the most poorly managed and unprofessional company I have EVER worked for. There were significant issues with leadership, communication, organization, and overall workplace culture. Expectations were unclear, processes were inconsistent, and accountability was lacking at multiple levels. Rather than operating with structure and professionalism, the environment often felt chaotic and reactive. I cannot in good conscience recommend that experienced professionals attach their name or reputation to this organization. For those who value integrity, strong leadership, and a stable work environment, I would strongly advise careful consideration before accepting a position here. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this company fell well below industry standards.

Offers benefits and some employees are great to work with.

Managers are not business oriented. Lacking experience and skills in running an office. They do not have a clue and create hostile environment.
