      Pros

      Flexibility and variety of the work. No day is ever the same. Good bonus potential but difficult to gain. Communication with Senior Managers is getting better. Good progression opportunities.

      Cons

      Managers don't learn from mistakes IT systems not great. basic pay is lower than other companies in industry.
