Pros
The people in my little slice of this company all know what they're doing -- they're innovative and open to new ideas. I was with PSI when it was acquired by Maximus, and the difference is like night and day. Instead of trying to meet a budget by cutting costs (the PSI method), they want to meet a budget by making money. And they are all about ethics.
Cons
As with any large corporation, there is sometimes a lack of individuality, and there's a structural hierarchy to be followed, but that's the nature of the beast.
