Poor management, they don’t fire people at this company meaning, SLT will be rotated until teams/offices complain and then they’re moved onto another office. Regular redundancies - adding workload unto the employment advisor who already has minimal time to spend with the participants. Meeting KPIs at Maximus means the participants will not be supported. In order to meet these KPIs, 30 minute meetings are squashed into 5-15 minutes. This company is unable to meet DWP demands. The goal isn’t to help participants and disadvantaged people, it’s to meet KPIs. I was recommended this role by a friend as they were aware that the company hires people easily, which is a warning for the wise! They know who this is and I’m glad I left this company as soon as I could.
