Pros
Cant think of any attractive reason to be a part of this company. But they grow and grow without any planning. \ Culture is biased. Only management persons are benefited. Maximaa Systems works well but have not grown much. Maximaa Infoways still remains a disappointment.
Cons
Lot of politics in office. There is Partiality prevailing. They dont want their employees to grow. Employees are not considered to be a part of their success. Management is unable to accept the new changes and look into new direction. Management opens a new business every decade, neglecting the previous business they tried to establish.
