      Pros

      No best reasons found, except providing free food. ( that too bad in quality) not even a single employee inside the company is willing to work with you in future. they are willing to move to some other concern as soon as possible.

      Cons

      Bad Working Environment ( Bugs, insects in bays, sofa's and even in cafe) 2 year bond and 6000 of monthly salary makes even worst bad management 11 hours of pressure work daily
