Pros

The clients are mostly a joy to work with and co-workers (if you are on a team with dedicated people) make the job fun. Helping people during stressful times in their lives is very rewarding.

Cons

-Use a fear based, demoralizing leadership style. -Training is unpaid, but required, which is not legal. -8 hour shifts can turn into 10 hour shifts with the possibility of having to drive up to 3 hours to get home. -Processes and policies continually changing and in flux - training is not updated to reflect the changes, so new employees are constantly frustrated - more seasoned employees start to tune out. - No information about job sites are given. The job could 50 to 300 lots, but the expectation is always to get it done in one day. -They punish people by taking away shifts instead of dealing with an issue from an employee. -Mostly ignore feedback and tend to blame shift.

Pros

Nicest people to work for, caring people both for their staff and customers. Thoughtful, kind and diligent. They always go the extra mile for customers and staff and are extremely knowledgeable about their business.

Cons

It’s a real tough business to be in.

Pros

Working with a team of mostly good, interesting people.

Cons

Poor pay. The company will contract for any jobs so you often work in filthy, hoarder-type situations and are made to work quickly, with no breaks at all, and often work past the time indicated so they don't have to pay for you to return the next day to finish. Never get a pay increase no matter what you do. Some coworkers try to make you look bad to management and belittle you on the job.
