Pros
Get to do state of the art design. Nice team and open discussion culture. Great place to learn the finer aspects of SoC design
Cons
Work pressure is sometimes extremely high. Resource allocation for projects is always done with lower people than required, thereby putting unnecessary pressure on people working. Employee facilities aren't great. There are no travel/food facilities to the employees and the management doesn't seem to bother about it. Pay is slightly lower compared to competitors.
