-Standard, though extra low, salary. -Christmas, Easter, Summer bonus. -Easy to handle and promote merchandise and products.

-Toxic environment, especially due to mrs. Katia, a junior store manager. She knew nothing, never contributed in helping new employees and had a really bitter attitude. -Newer coworkers were afraid to open up, due to the fact that 6 out of 15 employees were relatives, so there was silent undermining of the "strangers". -Older coworkers, with 30 years of experience in the same employer and establishment, were harsh and rude, asking for everything to be executed perfectly from the first week. Even things they had trouble dealing with. -Gaslighting and undermining of abilities, skills, languages, just for their ignorant existences to have a laugh on your expense. -Lies, lies, lies. They hired me, well-aware thar I was a college student, exploited me during the school opening and then tried to push me to quit. I started quiet-quitting, missed one day and they fired me on the spot. -The coworkers had no sense of humour, due to the constant anxiety and pushing to achieve unattainable goals ans KPIs. -During the school opening season, full-time employees were working 12 hours everyday, for absolutely no reason. There was a flow increase, in both sales and customers, but not so much to justify such measures. People were literally crying out of pain to their legs and feet. Vicious and heartless.
