Pros
if you are rich from and dont need money and want to explore the malware world great company to work...Self learning environment ,you get to learn a lot, not good for testing(no automation at all only manual testing),good for developers,not that good for malware analyst as you work with outdated tools like ollydbg(no IDAPRO which is compulsory skill for other companies),good for android/ios developers you get to work on all aspects of the product (u have to develop the whole app)
Cons
Dismal payment if you are a fresher(5k for first 6 months then 10k for next 6 mnths and 13 k for next 6 mnths and the ayment is not in hand so u will get 7.8k if you have10 k payment and you have to sign a bond of 1.5 years if you are fresher else if you re for an internship then 2 years,no AC in summers,and you get bond wherby u are stopped from working in other security companies for 3 years like symantec,quickheal and mcafee....lol you work in AV company for 2 yearsand are not allowed to work in another AV company after leaving your comany what a joke ...
