Benefits. Home every night. People are nice.

Low wages. Lack of organization. Ownership is way too involved, micromanaging all over. Ownership is super cheap, refusing to supply employees with the resources needed for the job, and expecting employees to make up the difference. Trucks are old and break down constantly. Lead mechanic will tell you to run broken equipment. Some managers will push you to run overweight, overhoured, etc. Very high turnover rate. Loyalty is not rewarded here.

Great Leadership and co-workers. Inclusive environment. Drivers are home every night which is great.
