How was it for me - Operations Manager Max Fashions Employee Review

I have worked there for 7 months .. The management wants you to obedient and just do what ever they . In my 7 months tenure I was asked to stay and work after my working hours because company needs me ( you will not get paid for extra hours but you are suppose to work for extra hours ) Hr is of no help upper management is totally rotten , you will witness corporate politics at its worst in Max fashion .
