Pros

Constant sales calls, coffee, paid training

Cons

Mandatory overtime, short breaks with no autonomy as to when breaks are taken. Training goes over a small fraction of what is needed. Computer programs crash constantly and are a constant interruption. Weekly follow up meeting regarding order errors are filled with rhetorical questions you will not be able to answer any questions pertaining to errors as they are not addressed in real time. All questions are rhetorical therefore are to make you feel humiliated despite how well you're doing on the job. If you give a genuine response it will be squashed. They do not care it is just a play for who has the upper hand. If your right, they'll make sure you're wrong.

Pros

Coworkers at the store are great, love getting overtime, current store manager is great overall, location is clean enough

Cons

RTM is not friendly and doesn't not do what he's supposed to and is forgetful, the company doesn't fix things that are in dire need at any of the stores such as leaky roofs and lifts, pay is lower than the average, needing Google reviews and surveys for repeat customers is unnecessary, too much favoritism within the company, higher ups threaten jobs way too much that it stresses out everyone in the location
