Pros
They will give you chances, there desperate for employees people to stand and fill in space and for grunts to make there money. There proves ate fair at most stores. The customers I miss Mavis as a hole needs to revert to the sts way employing real mechanics to do real work
Cons
40-65 hours each week no time off. Covid shut down three stores while I worked in those stores I worked 12 hour days 6 days a week there busy stores do 7-14k a day it's no easy task doing it alone. I did 35k in one store made 300.00 commission lol. Money being paid per hour I'd horrific the fact you only Cap at 300.00 max commission is pathetic average take home 740.00 working 65 hours.
