Pros
Co-workers where good and co operative
Cons
Product Stability: The lack of stability in the company's products is a serious concern. It feels like we are constantly dealing with changes, and this inconsistency makes it challenging to provide quality work. Salary and Hike Delays: A more pressing concern is the delay in salary and hike disbursements. It's disheartening that as of June, salaries still have not been given. This not only raises financial concerns but also erodes trust in the company's commitment to its employees. Employee Treatment: There is a concerning pattern where the directors arrange programs and activities to create a positive image, but behind the scenes, employees are left feeling undervalued and undercompensated. This lack of transparency and fairness in employee treatment is demoralizing. Promotion Process: Perhaps most troubling is the apparent favoritism in the promotion process. It appears that promotions are based on who can please the managing director the most, rather than on merit. This not only undermines motivation but also hinders the growth of talented employees who may not be in the director's good graces. In summary, my experience at MaverixPro has been marked by a lack of product stability, salary and hike delays, questionable employee treatment, and a flawed promotion system.
