      Promote people from within the company. Hire interns and entry level employees with great mentorship. It's a great growth company. They are expanding the brand and are part of a diverse portfolio for the parent company FJ Management. Great headquarters location in downtown SLC, with a great teamwork culture.

      2023 acquisition changed the day-to-day processes and expectations.

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
