      The people that I worked with were awesome and friendly. I enjoyed the environment in the store that I worked at.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the upper mamagent, the chances of any kind of advancement based on our ability is very unlikely. They are hostile and act like they are better then everyone else.

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
