      Pros

      For the most part, people are knowledgeable and helpful. Your voice is usually heard when you have suggestions. Work schedule is very open and management understands that real life happens and allows time to take care of things.

      Cons

      SOP is very poor. Things are done from the hip which cause issues. Middle management needs to standardize and not do things on their own.

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
