Pros

You get paid some times. You will learn what not to do if you own your own business.

Cons

First off get a lawyer before you start here. You will need it. Owner of the company will be all sorts of nice until he has a break down and threatens you everyday, then fires everyone around you for no reason at all, then blames you for numbers being down and makes you do more work than you are required to do, then gets mad if it’s not all done. Then lets you go for being above company minimum standards. And being the top in your region. Another con is there is no pros. They promise raises then dont give them. Offer promotions with a pay cut. Take your pto away before they let you go so they dont have to pay you for it. Then steal money from you on your last check and dont even pay you the full amount. I could go on and on. Management was probably the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. I have done this for 8 years and not once have I been let go and they can’t give me a reason, Just get told “oh well” when I ask why I’m being let go for being above minimum standards, and received no write ups for anything.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that this was your experience, as it’s not reflective of the values or workplace environment we aim to uphold at Maverick Windows. We’re proud of the transparency and open communication we maintain with our team, and we consistently strive to support our employees through fair treatment, earned compensation, and in many cases, severance packages when applicable. We also make it a point to pay out all accrued PTO and any final wages owed. Your description is surprising and doesn’t align with the feedback we regularly receive, which makes us wonder if this may be a case of mistaken identity. That said, we take all concerns seriously and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further. If you’re open to it, please reach out to our HR department directly so we can better understand the situation. We appreciate the time you spent with us and wish you nothing but success in your future endeavors.
