Management acts like a bully rather than a mentor - Recruiter Maven Recruiting Group Employee Review

Maven changed my perception of a recruiting agency. The team is incredible, the leadership is thoughtful and involved and they really care about their team. Leadership is heavily involved in a really positive way, offering mentorship and guidance - they really just want you to succeed.

Honestly, none I can think of. Employees are valued and leadership is fantastic.

They've reached out to me 4 times over the years about roles I'm interested in and qualified for. If only they followed up!

I've been ghosted by three different recruiters from Maven over the years, all of whom reached out to ME about roles they wanted to place me for. Every opportunity has sounded great. I've even made it several rounds of interviews in for several of the roles. When I've asked about next steps or feedback from the companies - silence. I've never known why a company passed on me or any other details about my candidacy. I've now blocked several of their team members on LinkedIn.
