- new ‘contracting’ employees not supported well initially as Mav3rik are outcome focussed from day 1 on a daily basis as they are heavily dependent on client billing and extremely tight deadlines they have committed to.
- clients, engagement leads, Team members must all be in sync to deliver to such tight timelines which can be hard for new joiners to align
- Team members health condition is of least value.
- Management is heavily dependent on solution architect’s feedback regarding team members performance as a result end up hiring and firing people.
