Pros
Work was fine, pay was good. Had a lot of responsibilities, and was given free reign to make improvements as I saw fit.
Cons
Safety record was terrible. Couldn't go more than two weeks without a reportable incident if their life depended on it. At least once a month, water in my office didn't work, so no coffee or flushable toilets. Couldn't hit production numbers consistently, so production managers blamed temps, and got them fired. Made me work my team 30-40 days in a row without a day off.
