      very hard to find a pro for this company

      Cons

      Low salary very hard to get promotion if you do not have connection. no work ethics , no work life balance: you work hectic hours for a mediocre compensation you are never valued at mcb hr is incompetent

      No extensive internship program. Need to reach out to get responsibilities. Rarely innovative, hence boring.
