Pros
Pretty good discount on clothing. Fun fast paced enviroment always something to do. The customers are generally great to work with and co workers are wonderful.
Cons
The company pushes the credit card issue way to hard. At times it can make the job stressful worrying about trying to meet standard. Recently they have began taking away privileges if you don't get enough cards. I find it unfair to punish employees if a customer already has a card or simply doesnt want one. Its very frustrating! Also it is in the hand book our wardrobe must be current Maurices clothing so I think having to buy that much clothes that often our discount should be better to help with that expense or we should receive higher pay.
