I would say good discount but they jack their prices up to make it seem like they are giving a good discount.
Cons
Everything! In the beginning when I was not a store lead I loved my job. I could see myself being with the company for a long time. When I got promoted everything went down hill. Upper management favors certain store leads. If you aren’t on social media promoting your store and somehow getting 20 credit card sign ups a week forget it you are not a favorite and you are on a call with the DL every week being yelled at. on top of sale changes every day, floor sets every two weeks, shipment up to your eyeballs and no staffing and no help with recruitment you are on your own. Staff is drama no matter where you go. I’ve been to three stores and it’s the same each store. I finally quit and moved on. If you are into being fake and literally talking 24/7 to random strangers and then getting yelled at bc you are literally a butler to these people then this job is for you.
