Pros
They have excellent customer service and love there customers. It is a fantastic college job and they are very willing to work with your school schedule. If you work hard and really show your passion and desire there are so many open opportunities within the company. Things you learn there you can take practically anywhere. You get to meet higher ups unlike other companies. They have great incentives, nothings better then having a great discount to be able to dress cute and Free money to spend in the store for doing great on your selling. You don't have to dress in MAURICES brand clothing just something that is similar to what they are selling for the season with no other store logo on it.
Cons
You have to sometimes work the crap shifts but that's anywhere. Learning how to put a play on words can be tough at times. I don't like having to sell the Maurices credit 3 or more times to one customer because from the customer stand point it's very annoying. Sometimes when a contest is going on the stores that had crappy stats the year before win because there goals aren't much higher than the year before so the others don't have that good of a chance.
