- No in-person office - You have to be self-proactive to helping Matter find you a new client (not that bad of a Con)

Probably the best culture company I've ever worked for. The leadership team actually cares and I had lots of chances to provide feedback about the org and see meaningful action taken. Also the company makes a good effort to provide transparency into what the strategic direction of the business is, something that has been missing at past startups I've worked for.

While I really liked the all remote environment, it can be a little isolating at times. Matter definitely did a good job though at engaging everyone virtually through discord, dedicated social channels on slack, and other events.
