Pros
Some patients need the service, provider may capture new conditions that require immediate care. Members are at the center of the care.
Cons
They do not care about their staff. The people who are doing the schedules are clueless. They do not care about Providers safety. They do not care how much driving you have to do, they do not allow providers to call members to confirm appointments. You drive for hours, members are not home or they do not want to see you. most of these people do not work there is no reason, provider has to drive over 400 miles in 1 weeks. 1st time in my 27 year career that I resigned without securing another job.
