      Manager is nice and understanding

      Cons

      You have to give 20 Hours a month of availability. You don’t get your schedule until 3 days before and it can still change. I have had less than 10 visit in over 6 months. Just not work the time. They should lower the availability hours or make the schedule available a week in advance so you can make other plans if not needed.

      It's not just words, actions show your teammates really care about you. Every day you will be making a positive difference in the lives of others. Leadership listens when you share your thoughts and concerns. They mean it when they say, "We see you. We hear your. We've got you."

      Cons

      You will face challenges, but the rewards are tremendous1

      Pros

      Decent pay if you fight for it.

      Cons

      CEO & P/E investors have run the company into the ground. They outsourced everything and cut corners for short term financial gain, and now the company is paying the price. Everyone is scared to tell the CEO she's wrong.
