      Great pay and benefits. Even better people. Flexible and reasonable. Productive culture and work environment.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind. You must be willing to work hard with others toward a common goal. Sometimes you may feel overwhelmed, but the key is to voice your opinions through the channels provided, reach out when you need help, and most of all, lean on your team instead of creating a silo for yourself.

      Pros

      I felt that I was fairly paid for the work I did. I believe that most everyone there truly wants to take care of the customer. I felt that within reason, I had the tools necessary to be successful in my role.

      Cons

      They seem to be struggling to find their identity. It seems like they have changed their go-to-market strategy 3 - 4 times in the last 18 months. Everything is about the metrics.
