      Pros

      You learn a lot about HVAC systems and outside sales strategies. There isn't a lot of hand holding, which is good because an intern will learn by doing, and learn a lot by doing so. The pay is really good as well.

      Cons

      no disadvantages, really enjoyed the experience.
