violent mood swings of ceo praise not offered as readily as criticism, bashing, lecturing, ranting ceo and leaders expect overtime without pay work is piled onto junior staff, emotional tolls of unfair treatment to junior staff leaders not considerate of others’ time, late to own meetings, will distribute “urgent” work 10 minutes before eod ceo and leaders use manipulation and dishonesty to get work done or to get terms agreed by staff cheap ceo, always trying to cut $ corners
