small company, not much room for growth

There are some very critical reviews on here. While there is some truth to a lot of what is written, it's really overboard in most cases. The majority of the issues have been addressed, in my opinion, when management essentially opened the floor for comments/suggestions about a year ago. There are and will be some growing pains; overall the good outweighs the bad here. My current take: - There has been some restructuring which created uncertainty and made some people a little nervous, but ultimately was for the stability and growth of the business. - Communication can sometimes be convoluted and requires patience and follow through on an individual level, but getting better day-by-day with better organizational structure and manager experience.
