Pros
Colleagues are very friendly, energetic and driven. Always ready to extend assistance or share knowledge. Working hours is very flexible. The supervisors here are very nice and are great mentors. Very knowledgeable and capable so I learnt a lot from them. They are very open to any innovative ideas and employee feedback too so learning is a 2-way street here. The supervisors also extends opportunities for employees to join them in meeting experts to gain new insights and perspectives. Besides product launch or events which have tighter deadlines, other deadlines are generally negotiable depending on workload/commitment level. Even for product launch or events, the CEO will look at the very big picture to allow for ample breathing space and manage stress level in the team.
