Pros
Great place to work; I've seen lots of reviews from people who "left" and have an axe to grind so I wanted to set the record straight. In very simple terms this company has gone through three years of massive growth and it's changed from a small family owned concern to the European market leader in vehicle telematics. By definition it's a place that offers it's employees a lot of challenges. Has that rapid growth caused a lot of teething troubles? Yes it has. Does Masternaut have a client list and a product that's the envy of all their competitors? Yes it does (if that's not true, why are their competitors constantly trying to poach their staff away?). This is a market leader in a highly competitive corporate environment and it has everything that entails; if you're prepared to work hard then the rewards are definitely here for you, if you just want to punch a clock then there's nothing for you here.
Cons
Most of the problems stem from the company having grown too quickly so they're now serving a huge and very demanding customer base with systems and staff from a much smaller company. This is changing rapidly and they've made huge leaps in the last year
