Pros
Good pay and Benefits, also some very good employees.
Cons
Terrible Management, they treat employees that do the hard work like dirt and as of May 9 2022 they decided to switch our shifts from 12hr continental shifts to 8hr shift work and we were all informed by the boss via text message nothing else, zero respect for anyone other than his wallet.
