Poor Management - Developer MasterTech Web Applications Employee Review

Being first employee of this company back in 2011, I have got to learn lot of things from scratch like developing and publishing web content on live web portals, developing live web portals based on WordPRess and Joomla CMS. Had fun with other colleagues at work. Good work-life balance. Good perks, benefits. Senior management was kind and helpful whenever anything needed.

2 Saturdays had to work initially when company was new :-) Work load was huge sometimes especially during go lives of the web sites.

Supportive leadership, good work-life balance, and strong team collaboration culture. Opportunities for professional development and recognition are consistently provided.

Some internal processes could be streamlined for better efficiency. More cross-departmental communication would help align on company goals.
