Strong leadership and business generation from the company president Good client-facing investments and willingness to spend on external growth

Cons

Highly disorganized operations with weak processes and poor project management Misalignment between teams and lack of clear direction Employees do not feel valued or supported Limited concern for employee wellbeing, including accommodation standards Promotions appear influenced by favoritism and manager pleasing rather than merit Outdated and political work culture Internal issues are often ignored instead of addressed
