Work is "just get the job done" very fast pace. Not enough time to get job done properly. Lots of yelling at their employees, because you are trying to do the cleaning process like you were trained. Expected to do a 45 minute job in 20 minutes. No benefits even if you work full-time, unless your upper management. Very high employee turnover.
