Pros

This company makes a fantastic product - there is no arguing that. Headphones and speaker sound amazing, and they really do have so much potential to be the next big audio brand. Also you get free headphones. So that’s really cool.

Cons

It's just your typical early stage startup poorly led by a crew that just don’t know what they are doing. You're told one thing only to be told after you're done that you need to change it. rinse and repeat 20+ times per day. Welcome to daily life at Master and Dynamic. There is no clear direction here whatsoever. The goalpost changes based on the what management "feels like" or because "that's what they want" - business objectives are not clearly communicated and there is no transparency. The company is run through fear, intimidation and scare tactics rather than giving employees the resources they need to succeed. There is an abnormally high turnover for such a young company which was acknowledged but absolutely nothing done to resolve it. 15+ hour work days are the norm - compensation does not match market value for similar positions in the NYC metro area. If things keep going the way they do Master and Dynamic will not be in business. There's so much potential here to be a huge audio brand but this place is such a disaster. They’re shooting themselves in the feet and it's such a shame.

Bad management, do not pay back distributors, owe money from distributors by not accepting RMA claims
