Quick and simple on-boarding process. I was able to meet just about everyone I will need to know in a just a couple days. Small company with a great vision, mission, and values. The products are best in the industry and it is an exciting time to join the team! Overall positive vibes in all departments and latest changes in organization seems it will be benefit to the company. There is a lot of talent within the company. Interested in parent company info, research FBHS on NYSE.

Company is evolving and growing quickly, so there is very minor growing pains, but there is support from management to resolve them ASAP!
