Pros
From a 3D-artist perspective, it's overall an awesome studio, especially for it's size. Even though there's so much people, the overall quality of the team members is high, and the daily interactions are great in general. -Super friendly & talented colleagues -Good studio culture & CEO -Interesting & Challenging projects -Tech-focused, makes it's own Snowdrop Engine -Meritocracy, but with control from Producers. (good ideas can get picked up from anyone no matter role, but it won't get implemented unless there's time in the schedule) -Use any software you want -Work/Life balance is good for being AAA-studio
Cons
-Tight schedules in general, always a sense of urgency -Very big projects with co-development, it's not for everyone -Large, open landscape seating (but fresh office) -Occasional crunch. But less than most other studios, and it's paid -Salaries used to be bad. Have become better over the years, now they're OKish -Can be a problem to make your own games on your spare-time (contract only allow certain activity, but can be negotiated)
