Pros

I’ve worked in some pretty tough environments, and I’ll give credit where it’s due — there are some folks here who know what they’re doing. A few of the team members are genuinely sharp, intelligent, and professional. They’ve got the right mindset, and they want to get things done. These are the people who actually care about the mission and the product, and you can count on them to do their job right. They bring a level of expertise and know-how that’s hard to come by, and when you work with them, you can tell they’ve got the skills to push the company forward. It’s clear that there are people here who want to succeed and make a difference, but they’re often drowned out by all the chaos. Still, the few professionals left keep things from completely falling apart. They’re the backbone of whatever success the company has left.

Cons

The company is an absolute mess. There is no plan, no clear direction. The micromanagement is off the charts, and it’s honestly comical how the leadership team, especially the co-founders, have no understanding of the processes in place. They brought in a ton of people, but they couldn’t manage them effectively, so they started hiring personal assistants to micromanage through them. It’s like watching a sitcom. The C-Suite’s manipulation of employees is borderline frustrating. They don’t seem to understand that their behavior is the problem. This creates an environment where people are either quitting, checking out mentally, or getting fired for speaking up. The micromanagement here is insane. I’m talking about that "executive" leadership hovering over you all day long, like they don’t trust you to do your job. What’s worse, the company hired a whole bunch of people, but they don’t know how to manage them. So, instead of giving people the room to do their jobs, the C-level brought in some personal assistants to micromanage everyone for them. That’s not management; that’s paranoia. I’ve seen enough of this kind of thing in my life, and let me tell you, it doesn’t work. It just frustrates everyone and slows down progress. Everything changes constantly here, and it’s absurd. You could be working on one task, get pulled into another, and then suddenly, the priorities shift — and you have no idea why. There’s absolutely no stability in what you do from one day to the next. One minute, they’ll tell you that something is the top priority, and the next minute, it’s completely off the table and you’re back to square one. It’s impossible to get any momentum because the goalposts keep moving every other day. You can’t even finish a project because as soon as you start making progress, the co-founders change their minds. This level of unpredictability is exhausting, and it makes it hard to stay motivated when you don’t even know what your job will be from one hour to the next. ALL the employees are miserable, unmotivated, and the whole atmosphere is toxic. Success is NEVER rewarded, and the KPIs are so unrealistic that meetings turn into battlegrounds. The culture here is all about threats and pressure – I've never seen C-level executives act so unprofessional. There's constant cursing, threatening and chaos. Every single person here is just waiting for that moment when they can escape. The only reason this company is still around is because of the current global economic downturn and the lack of a competitive job market. The day the market improves and employees start looking for real opportunities, this company is going to crumble. It’s just a matter of time.

Pros

Remote work and great colleagues

Cons

Everything else. The positive reviews are fake and the negative ones are true. This place terrible for your mental health. Bullying and condescendence are the perceived ways of getting things done.
