This company has a toxic work environment with high mental pressure from the CEO. Actually, it feels more like a one-man show, with the CEO constantly meddling in everything and putting immense pressure on everyone. Unfortunately, during my time there, I witnessed the CEO's aggressive, discriminative and unprofessional behaviour driving away many employees. The sad reality is that the toxic atmosphere puts a massive damper on any chances of personal and career development.
