      Staff discounts for massages Clean work environment and nice aesthetics

      Cons

      The expectation to push memberships, do all the housekeeping on top of doing reception duties is not enough for what you get paid (minimum) Unless you become an RMT theres no room for financial growth

      Lower than normal hourly pay Very difficult to see the same client to treat their condition. Piece meal therapy.
