Pros
- Bonuses can be good - if you in with the right crowd you are protected - some schedule flexibility
Cons
This was a great company a few years ago but over the last few years it has trended downward. It has had numerous strange departures including the head of IT and other senior leaders. Micromanagement is everywhere and employees are encouraged to turn on each other. The company is either going through a severe financial struggle or some bizarre cultural upheaval. Much of IT seems to be once again being sourced out to foreign countries like Romania at the expense of current employees. It’s just not a great place to be right now.
